You’ve found the ideal hosts for your visit to Snowdonia
Paradise Adventures was founded in 2021, and it’s no surprise that Kieran—the owner and lead guide—was the one to bring it to life.
From childhood adventures with the Scouts to family camping trips across the UK, his passion for the outdoors was sparked early—despite growing up in rainy Manchester!
At 18, he spent a year volunteering and leading extended expeditions through the African wilderness, which led him to study outdoor activities in Bangor, North Wales, while spending summers guiding sea kayaking.

More about Kieran
When time allows, Kieran is off exploring the mountains and waters of distant places like South Africa, Japan, and New Zealand.
If he’s not kayaking, you’ll find him skiing, surfing, climbing, coasteering, or mountain walking—if it’s an adventure, he’s up for it.
The outdoors is in his blood, but when he’s not chasing adrenaline, he enjoys live music events and festivals.
Thanks to the success of Paradise Adventures, you may be welcomed by one of the growing team of expert local guides, all just as experienced on the waters of Snowdonia.
Kieran’s Qualifications:
- 2-Day REC First Aid
- Level One BCU Coach
- Paddle Sport Leader
- 1:1 BSc Sports Science & Outdoor Activities, Bangor University
